1)              ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø  Plan and oversee the creation of new facilities and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the institution’s academic and strategic goals. This includes buildings, classrooms, libraries, and recreational spaces.

Ø  Ensure regular upkeep of campus facilities, including classrooms, furniture, IT infrastructure, and green spaces, to maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment.

Ø  Promote eco-friendly initiatives like tree plantation, waste management, rainwater harvesting, and energy conservation to create a sustainable campus.

Ø  Enhance the quality of campus life by addressing student and staff needs, such as improving common areas, regulating eateries, and providing amenities.

Ø  Develop policies for the efficient use of campus resources, including lecture halls, auditoriums, and labs, while exploring funding options like government grants or management funds.
