1) ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Provide a structured mechanism for students, faculty, and staff to express grievances related to academic, administrative, or personal issues.
Ø Investigate grievances impartially and ensure prompt, fair, and effective resolution in accordance with institutional policies.
Ø Promote a Positive Campus Environment
Ø Encourage Transparency and Accountability
Ø Foster a culture of openness, accountability, and responsiveness within the institution.
