Ø  Career Guidance & Counselling: Provide students with structured guidance to help them make informed career choices based on their interests, strengths, and market trends.

Ø  Skill Development: Organize workshops, seminars, and training programs to develop soft skills, communication, leadership, interview techniques, and resume writing.

Ø  Campus Placement Support: Facilitate campus recruitment drives by inviting companies and industries for on-campus interviews. Build and maintain a strong network with recruiters and corporate partners for potential job placements.

Ø  Internship & Industrial Exposure: Assist students in obtaining internships and practical exposure to real-world work environments. Organize industrial visits and interaction sessions with professionals to understand industry expectations.

Ø  Entrepreneurship Development: Promote awareness and training in entrepreneurship through workshops, talks by startup founders, and incubation support. Encourage students to consider self-employment and innovation-based career paths.
