Ø  Ensure the finishing school’s programs emphasize holistic personality development, including social graces, business etiquette, communication skills, leadership training, and cultural intelligence to prepare students for professional and social environmen

Ø  Support initiatives that improve students’ employability through training in soft skills, functional English, and industry-relevant competencies, as seen in programs like the Finishing School Initiative by the Government of Gujarat.

Ø  Establish and review policies to guide the school’s operations, ensuring alignment with educational goals and industry needs, similar to the roles of school committees in other educational contexts.

Ø  Review budgets, approve fees, and ensure resources are allocated to support training modules, expert trainers, and facilities that enhance the learning experience.

Ø  Foster collaboration among parents, educators, industry professionals, and community members to ensure the school’s offerings meet societal and professional expectations.
